We seek a Financial Controller to enhance our strategic management, ensuring rigorous control over costs, budgets, and results within a dynamic construction and project environment. Key Responsibilities Financial and Budgetary Management Lead annual budget planning (Budget) and periodic revisions (Forecast). Monitor monthly actual vs. budget performance, analyzing variances and forecasts. Consolidate financial statements accurately and in compliance with accounting standards. Manage group companies’ cash flow, reporting weekly to the CFO. Monitor monthly operational revenue, presenting data via BI tools. Management Analysis and Reporting Prepare economic\-financial performance reports and strategic KPIs for executive leadership. Develop dashboards for costs, margins, and profitability per unit, site, or project. Conduct economic feasibility studies, simulations, and sensitivity analyses. Internal Controls and Compliance Implement, review, and monitor internal controls, workflows, and financial policies. Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax legislation, and audits. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in engineering/construction (3\+ years). Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and financial ERPs. Strong analytical ability, strategic vision, and clear communication skills for stakeholders. Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and risk management.
