Job Summary: Professional to handle the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, manage cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare managerial reports. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of TOTVS RM and Protheus systems RESPONSIBILITIES Execute and monitor the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines Schedule, control, and validate payments Manage and forecast cash flow (outflows and inflows) Perform bank reconciliations and propose adjustments when necessary Negotiate payment terms and conditions with suppliers Prepare managerial reports and support decision-making Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal obligations. PRÉ\-REQUISITOS Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program Proven experience in finance, with focus on accounts payable and receivable Experience with cash flow management and structured financial routines Experience with credit analysis, collections, and financial indicators Knowledge of TOTVS RM and Protheus systems Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, tables, and reports) **Knowledge:** Accounts payable and receivable routines Bank reconciliation and financial control Basic tax and fiscal concepts applicable to payments and receipts Cash flow management and financial planning **Skills:** Analytical ability and critical thinking Organization and prioritization Proactivity and sense of responsibility Strong communication, negotiation, and deadline management skills Salary: R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
