Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and strategic finance professional to manage financial processes, ensure data accuracy, and support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Full cash flow management and bank reconciliation 2. Preparation and analysis of managerial reports and financial indicators 3. Interface with accounting and continuous process improvement We seek a professional with broad financial expertise, an analytical mindset, and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally. This position requires mastery of financial processes, strong organizational skills, critical thinking, and close collaboration with accounting to ensure information accuracy and support decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Full cash flow management (short-, medium-, and long-term) Bank reconciliation and control of financial transactions Management of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring deadlines and delinquency control Billing processes and issuance of fiscal invoices Preparation, analysis, and presentation of managerial reports and financial indicators (KPIs) Support in financial planning and budgeting Interface with accounting for monthly closing and audits Control and improvement of internal financial processes Work with ERP systems and integration of financial data. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields Solid experience as a Generalist Financial Analyst Proficiency in treasury routines, cash flow management, and reconciliations Advanced Excel Experience with ERP systems (preferred: WK Radar) Knowledge of financial data analysis and indicators. **Skills:** Analytical and results-oriented profile Organization and attention to detail Proactivity and sense of urgency Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal departments and accounting Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in mid- to large-sized companies Experience in process improvement and financial automation Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar). **We Offer:** * Competitive salary aligned with the role * Benefits: VT (transport card) \+ VR/VA (R$34.10 per workday) * Life Insurance * SESC Membership * Gym Benefit * Health Plan * Working Hours: 08:30 \- 12:00 and 13:00 \- 17:00 * CLT Employment Contract Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education:* Economics, Bachelor's Degree * Accounting Sciences, Bachelor's Degree * Business Administration, Bachelor's Degree * Actuarial and Financial Sciences, Bachelor's Degree
