Job Summary: Junior Financial Analyst responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, billing and bank reconciliation, with emphasis on communication and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Exceptional Communication and Organization Position: Junior Financial Analyst Main Responsibilities: Accounts Payable Management: Record transactions in the ERP system and banking platforms; Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor incoming payments in the system and bank, track payment compliance, and process payment clearances. Billing and Documentation; Active Collections; Customer Service and Communication: Manage communication flows via email, WhatsApp, and phone, prioritizing agility and courtesy; Bank Reconciliation. Requirements and Qualifications Experience: Solid experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing routines (preferably in industrial or operational service companies). Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or related fields. Technical Skills: \- Proficiency in management systems (ERP). \- Intermediate Excel skills for cash flow controls. \- Basic knowledge of legislation governing issuance of Fiscal Invoices and Transport Manifests. Behavioral Profile: Proactivity and ability to anticipate issues and ensure no process stalls. Assertive Communication: Ability to conduct collections ethically and professionally. Exceptional Organization: Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
