Support for tax and regulatory compliance We are looking for a dedicated **Financial Analyst** to carry out strategic and operational activities, directly contributing to the company's financial health. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare financial reports using advanced Excel. * Monitor and analyze cash flow. * Perform accurate bank and accounting reconciliations. * Prepare budget forecasts and track targets. * Support compliance with tax and regulatory obligations. * Collaborate with accounting and other internal departments. * Communicate financial results to stakeholders. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field *or* equivalent experience. * Excellent Portuguese communication skills (written and verbal). **Technical** * Solid experience in financial analysis and management reporting. * Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and charts). * Experience with ERP systems (Questor preferred). * Knowledge of accounting and cash flow management.
