Job Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial and accounting analyses, preparation of managerial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the implementation of financial processes and automation Financial Analyst Responsibilities: * Conduct financial and accounting analyses for the company * Prepare managerial reports on financial performance * Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable * Perform bank reconciliations and control of fiscal invoices * Support monthly accounting and financial closing * Monitor financial indicators and propose improvements * Support management in making strategic decisions * Participate in the implementation of financial processes and automation Prerequisites: Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * Prior experience in finance roles, especially in accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Knowledge of financial systems. * Familiarity with tax legislation and accounting standards. * Systemic thinking and attention to detail. * Analytical mindset. * Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, results focus, and effective oral and written communication Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 - R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed high school (Mandatory) Experience: * Financial services (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
