Job Summary: Engage in customer prospecting and reactivation, conduct face-to-face sales, demonstrate and train customers on products, and manage the customer portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the customer portfolio and monitor sales performance. **Job Description:** ---------------------- EXTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – TUPÃ / SP Type: CLT (Permanent Employment) Work Mode: On-site, External Responsibilities: \* Prospect and reactivate customers in the Extra Rede segment; \* Conduct face-to-face sales following a scheduled visit route; \* Demonstrate products sold by the company; \* Train customers on product usage; \* Place orders via handheld device (palm), monitor results, and consult customer history; \* Manage your customer portfolio; \* Enter data into computerized systems; **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School education; Solid experience in technical sales; Valid Category B driver's license; Experience in external sales and planning of visit routes; Communicative; Self-confident; Organized; Strong verbal and written fluency; Negotiation skills; Accustomed to working with targets; Competitive; Basic computer skills (Excel spreadsheets); Currently residing in Tupã, Adamantina, Dracena, or Panorama / SP. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **People with Disabilities (PCD):** -------- NO **Salary:** ------------ $2,112\.81 **Benefits:** --------------- Fixed salary \+ Commission \+ Performance bonus.
