Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** Responsible for maintenance and support of production lines—process and packaging—through preventive and corrective interventions on low- and high-voltage equipment, aiming to maintain optimal equipment condition and continuously improve line efficiency, ensuring maximum productive uptime for lines while always meeting final product quality requirements. **Your Impact** Comply with established SASS Policy; Comply with Food Quality and Safety Policy; Handle electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting related to process and packaging; Perform maintenance on electrical panels and/or motors; Knowledge of frequency inverters; Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; Guide facilitators in performing maintenance, enabling operators to complete 70% of service orders; Develop and deliver training sessions for facilitators; Evaluate facilitators on a daily basis; Apply quality tools (MASP, A3, 5S); Apply root cause analysis tools; Monitor post-maintenance—Control/Feedback; Audit production lines; Establish routine maintenance plans; Ensure: Utility operations, Building maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Legal compliance (boilers, pressure vessels); Train facilitators; Failure analysis and PA; General improvement projects (SASS Quality, etc.); Maintenance cost management; Identify and discuss with production managers maintenance process deviations from the standard model; Perform assigned preventive maintenance activities and report verification and control of those activities. If needed, request resources from maintenance engineering; Perform corrective mechanical maintenance on food production process machinery and equipment, carrying out assembly and replacement of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic parts and components, based on drawings, manuals, and technical catalogs, to locate and correct defects, using general-purpose tools, equipment, and measuring instruments; Complete administrative documentation accurately and on the day tasks are executed; Attend daily meetings to report challenges faced and develop action plans to prevent recurrence; Participate in task meetings with Motor+ (quality, yield, film); Lead and participate in pre-preventive meetings; Adjust set-up to ensure perfect operation per production process requirements; Read and interpret drawings, manuals, and technical catalogs to understand machine operation, facilitating fault identification and/or identification of required replacement parts; Guide/train facilitators on best operational and cleaning practices to preserve equipment and ensure efficiency; Provide information on possible equipment failure symptoms; Propose and execute line improvement projects together with facilitators; Serve as first-level technical support for management.
