Then submit your resume and join the COL Team! \#WeAreCOL **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate in executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machines, equipment, and facilities to keep them in optimal working condition; * Perform maintenance activities according to service orders received, assessing operational conditions and performance of machines and equipment; * Collaborate in conducting routine inspections to identify defects and repair needs; * Collaborate in implementing improvements to enhance machine and equipment productivity performance; * Document technical information accurately, describing performed activities and materials used; * Conduct routine inspections to identify defects and repair needs; * Support mechanical maintenance activities, including work with motors, gearboxes, pumps, and steam systems; * Monitor and assist in the installation of machines and equipment; * Collaborate in performing other departmental activities; * Comply with company-defined norms and procedures; * Keep the immediate supervisor informed about departmental activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** MANDATORY: * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in electro-technical or electromechanical maintenance; * Knowledge of industrial maintenance; * Experience with electric motors, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical diagrams; * Ability to work with hand tools and measurement equipment; * Valid NR-10 certification; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule, covering shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
