Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to support online sales channel operations, including ad creation, listing, and updates, as well as customer support and order monitoring. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and eager-to-learn professional to join our team and support our online sales channels. Key Responsibilities: Creating, listing, and updating marketplace ads; Taking and editing product photos; Monitoring ads, prices, inventory, and product information; Responding to chats and providing customer support on platforms; Submitting and tracking issue resolutions with marketplaces; Supporting order monitoring, shipping, and delivery; Assisting with promotional campaigns and commercial activities; Using spreadsheets and artificial intelligence (AI) tools daily; Issuing invoices; Identifying process improvement opportunities. Requirements: Completed high school education; Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and agility; Familiarity with Mercado Livre platform — as a Seller Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Mercado Livre, Amazon, Magalu, or similar platforms; Knowledge of ERPs or integration hubs Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.000,00 — R$2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Have you worked with ERPs or HUBs?
