Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for preventive surveillance, monitoring, and protection of assets in a retail store environment, focusing on loss prevention and emergency support. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive surveillance and monitoring of movement inside the store 2. Theft, loss, and damage prevention of merchandise 3. Supporting workplace security and compliance with internal regulations **Job Description:** * Conduct preventive surveillance throughout the store premises; * Observe the movement of customers, employees, and service providers; * Prevent theft, loss, and damage of merchandise; * Monitor the entry and exit of products, materials, and equipment; * Assist with store opening and closing procedures when required; * Support access control for employees and third parties; * Immediately report any suspicious or irregular situation to management; * Assist in maintaining workplace organization and security; * Safeguard the company's physical assets; * Comply with internal security policies and company procedures; * Provide support during emergencies, following established protocols. **SCHEDULE**: Mon. to Fri. \- 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM \- Sat. 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM **Requirements**: * Completed High School education * Experience in this role or relevant coursework * Residence in Sorocaba or Votorantim * Professional demeanor, attentiveness, and responsibility; * Observational skills and discretion; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you hold certification or have experience in this field?
