This professional will be responsible for structuring data processes, policies, and architectures—ensuring data quality, security, standardization, and efficient use of information, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Define, implement, and evolve data governance processes, policies, roles, and responsibilities aligned with DAMA-DMBOK * Work across Data Quality, Security & Access, Metadata, and MDM (Master Data Management) * Design and maintain Data and Analytical Environment Architectures, including data ingestion and integration strategies * Define naming conventions, cataloging, lineage, and metadata standards across data platforms * Create and monitor KPIs and metrics for data quality, security, and maturity * Lead and support PoCs for data governance, data quality, metadata, and MDM tools * Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather requirements * Support BI self-service initiatives and modernization of analytical environments * Guide and mentor technical teams, promoting best practices in data architecture, integration, and governance * Contribute to defining reference architectures, ensuring project adherence to established standards **Requirements and Qualifications** **Additional Information** **\# What do we offer?** Health Insurance + Dental Insurance + Meal Voucher + Life Insurance + Childcare Assistance + Assistance for Dependents with Disabilities + Training Programs + Certification Incentive + Running Incentive + University Partnerships + Language School Partnerships + Digital Workplace Environment + TotalPass + Use of Cutting-Edge Technology **and much more!** **** *Do you possess this knowledge?
