Our story continues, and we are ready to create moments that transform and impact people’s lives, generating connections and opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the technical definition and evolution of the Data Lake strategy, ensuring a robust and scalable architecture; * Design and structure data layers (Raw, Trusted, Refined) and processing flows based on ETL and ELT patterns; * Establish guidelines enabling the architecture to support the company’s growth in volume and complexity; * Develop and automate complex data pipelines, ensuring efficient delivery to predictive models and advanced analytics; * Continuously optimize data flow performance, reducing latency and operational processing costs; * Implement tools and practices enabling scalable data modeling for strategic decision-making; * Manage the end-to-end data acquisition lifecycle—from ingestion to stakeholder availability; * Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability by establishing monitoring and validation processes; * Act as a bridge between technology and business areas, ensuring data solutions align with the company’s strategic objectives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology; * Solid experience with data pipelines and Big Data (Python/Java/Scala); * Experience leading teams and applying agile methodologies; * Advanced English proficiency; * Autonomous, analytical, communicative, and results-oriented profile. **Additional Information** What We Offer You * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation/ Parking Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub; * Birthday Day Off; * Wellz (corporate mental health program); * Saber Online (internal learning platform); * Annual Bonus. **Work Location:** REMOTE We exist to connect people with what matters—serving and delighting everyone daily while creating transformative moments.
