Focus on quality and food safety standards SCHEDULE - 12x36 from 06:00 to 18:00 Must assist in assigned food pre-preparation and preparation tasks under the guidance of their direct supervisor, aiming to fulfill production process stages. Participation in menu planning meetings with the responsible Nutritionist. * Organize the workstation with all required ingredients and kitchen equipment; * Assemble and restock food items; * Ensure food restocking at the distribution counter; * Collect and identify food samples; * Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas; * Ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards, as well as occupational safety standards, during task execution, per the Good Practices Manual.
