Opportunities for growth and innovation **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and execute the contract strategy with a long-term perspective, aligned with company objectives and customer needs. * Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for the client, adopting a consultative approach, anticipating requirements, and strengthening the partnership. * Identify opportunities for innovation, digital transformation, and evolution toward BPO models, promoting efficiency and scalability gains. * Monitor market trends and propose solutions that add value to the business. * Represent the contract before senior company leadership, demonstrating ownership mindset and results focus. * Recruit, develop, and engage high-performance teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability. * Conduct performance evaluations, individual development plans, and recognition initiatives. * Ensure a healthy, inclusive work environment aligned with company guidelines. * Manage conflicts ethically and effectively, promoting integration and synergy across departments. * Act as an inspiring leader, encouraging ownership and a sense of belonging. * Manage all operational and financial contract indicators (KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, costs). * Ensure strict compliance with contractual requirements, legal regulations, and quality standards. * Prepare and monitor the contract budget, ensuring profitability and sustainability. * Identify and implement cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancement initiatives. * Prepare management reports and strategic analyses to support decision-making and reporting to the executive board. * Achieve 100% compliance with the Safety Master Plan, ensuring people’s and operations’ integrity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Valid driver’s license, Category A/B or B (definitive and current). * Preferred: Experience with BPO-model contracts. * Mandatory: Proven experience in managing service or operations contracts, including direct responsibility for team management, performance indicators, and client relationship management. * Basic knowledge of management tools such as Advanced Excel, Power BI, or other performance monitoring systems (ERP or CRM). * Behavioral Competencies (if applicable) **Selection Process Steps** * Application * HR Interview * Requirements Validation * Technical Interview * Hiring **Welcome to the Infotec World!** We are Infotec Brasil, a nationally recognized company specializing in outsourcing services, processes (BPO), and personnel.
