Guidance and supervision of assistant staff A Human Resources consulting firm is seeking a Sous Chef in Curitiba (Batel). **Responsibilities:** Prepare orders in the best possible way, understanding and applying knowledge related to handling precautions during packaging, production standardization, and attractive presentation of orders. Participate in area process improvement development. Guide and supervise tasks performed by Assistants during shifts. Monitor griddle temperature. Know meat doneness standards and bacon preparation. Pay attention to cooking time for each type of meat. Slice bread. Organize and sanitize the store, ensuring required cleanliness standards throughout the work shift. Perform other activities of similar nature and complexity as needed by the department. Position located in Curitiba / PR.
