Responsibilities: * Inspect the concrete plant’s conditions, weigh the Concrete Component Materials (CCM) using systems, and manage concrete delivery per client and construction site; * Operate the concrete plant control panel to maintain uniform aggregate flow, preventing equipment overloads and mix proportion errors; * Perform duties according to the schedule and pre-established timeline to release concrete pouring fronts; * Complete standard forms with various equipment-related information—e.g., number of mixes, incidents, and other details—for monitoring and control, whenever required; * Conduct sand moisture testing to prevent issues in concrete dosage. Requirements: * Completed high school and/or technical education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Relevant work experience.
