The shopping center offers a complete tenant mix and a gastronomic hub with renowned restaurants, making it the ideal location for quality leisure time and unique shopping experiences. **CCTV Operator Position Mission:** * Be responsible for monitoring, supervising, and operating the Shopping Center’s parking systems. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Update incidents and pending items for the shift. * Monitor parking via CCTV and verify cameras/equipment. * Identify and report failures in gates, barriers, APS, and automated systems. * Guide customers via intercom and grant access in cases of ticket/equipment failure. * Screen and assist customers during hours when the shopping center is closed. * Assist customers with simple mechanical issues (battery, tire, locksmith). * Control traffic flow when parking spaces are fully occupied and facilitate internal traffic. * Support floor and cashier opening/closing procedures and monitor vehicle dwell time. * Organize garages during opening/closing and maintain signage and barriers. * Monitor the team of parking attendants and valets. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills (to operate systems). * Availability to work on a 5x1 rotating schedule. * Strong communication skills to guide customers. * Valid security guard certification. **About the Position:** * 5x1 rotating schedule. * 100% on-site work at the Iguatemi Shopping Center in Ribeirão Preto.
