Job Summary: The CCTV Operator monitors and operates security systems, assisting in communication and access control to ensure safety at the Shopping Center. Key Highlights: 1. Join us to BE PART OF THIS STORY! **Responsibilities and Duties** **About the Opportunity:** As a **CCTV Operator** at Soul Malls, you will: * Monitor and operate the Shopping Center’s video surveillance system (CCTV) to ensure the safety and comfort of all visitors. * Assist with radio communications among service-providing teams at the shopping center. * Monitor the building’s fire detection systems. * Respond to customer communications from elevators. * Control personnel access by verifying authorizations in the system for service providers and employees. * Support the security supervisor in Shopping Center operations through video monitoring. * Prepare daily incident and shift reports. * Perform other duties consistent with the nature of this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Technical Requirement(s):** * Completed high school education. * Basic Microsoft Office package. **Desirable Technical Requirement(s):** * Experience in the field. * CCTV Operator training course. * Prior experience as a CCTV Operator. **Behavioral Requirement(s):** * Sense of urgency. * Initiative. * Teamwork. * Communication. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT; **Work Modality:** On-site \- Shift-based; **Working Hours and Schedule:** 12x36 shift schedule \- Day and Night shifts **Our Benefits:** In addition to working at a company experiencing constant growth and focused on empowering talent, here you’ll also enjoy: On-site meals \+ Food Basket Allowance; Transportation Allowance; Health and Dental Plans; Life Insurance. **Want to learn more?
