The **Cash Supervisor** is responsible for monitoring and supervising cashier activities, ensuring high-quality customer service, accurate purchase recording, and the integrity of financial processes. They provide direct support to cashiers by resolving questions, preventing errors, and assisting in conflict resolution. Key responsibilities include: supervising cashier operations and cashier performance; ensuring compliance with cash opening, cash withdrawal, and cash closing procedures; addressing and resolving customer inquiries or issues related to change, product scanning, transaction cancellations, etc.; supporting loss and fraud prevention efforts; monitoring cash movement and authorizing specific transactions; ensuring excellent in-store customer service; and supporting management with reports and feedback regarding cashiers.
