




Job Summary: We are seeking an agile and attentive professional with strong numerical aptitude to handle cash operations, issue fiscal documents, and deliver exceptional customer service in the auto parts sector. We are looking for an agile, attentive professional with strong numerical aptitude to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, operating the cash register, and ensuring accurate issuance of fiscal documents—essential functions for our auto parts business. Main Responsibilities Cash Register (POS) Operations: Perform daily cash opening and closing procedures, receive payments (cash, card, PIX), and conduct cash withdrawals. Billing: Issue electronic invoices (NF-e) and electronic fiscal receipts (NFC-e) for automotive products and parts. Verification: Confirm customer registration data and order details prior to billing to prevent tax-related errors. Customer Service: Deliver friendly and efficient service at the payment counter. Administrative Processes: Assist with merchandise return procedures and correction letters, when required. Mandatory Requirements Completed high school education. Proven experience as a Cashier or Billing Clerk. Proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and typing). Strong communication skills and focused attention (detail-oriented). Availability to work during standard business hours. Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Preferred) Proficiency in WinThor ERP (TOTVS): Candidates with experience using this ERP system will receive priority in the selection process. Prior experience in the auto parts industry or automobile dealerships. Basic understanding of taxation concepts (CFOP, CST) for fiscal document issuance.
