




* **Customer Service:** Greet customers courteously and friendly, assist them throughout the payment process, answer questions, and provide information. * **Phone Handling:** Answer calls politely and courteously, understand the customer’s needs, and route the call to the available salesperson. * **In-Store Sales Receipts:** Accept payments in cash, PIX, credit/debit cards, and other authorized payment methods, strictly in accordance with company receipt policies. Verify that correct amounts are received and confirm authenticity of banknotes and receipts. * **Issuing Receipts:** Provide customers with accurate receipts and proof of all completed transactions. * **Cash Register Maintenance:** Open and close the cash register, count cash, verify cards, and perform other financial tasks as required. Maintain daily closing procedures to avoid discrepancies and ensure information security. Do not leave documents open under the customer’s name. Correctly record suppliers and account plans for cash disbursements. * **Overdue Invoice Collection/Closing:** Inform customers about pending bills and/or closing matters when they are in-store. Contact customers to complete closing procedures, and issue or print bills as necessary. * **Invoice Organization:** Organize customer-signed invoices chronologically by date and submit them monthly to the finance department. * **Store Organization:** Keep counters, shelves, and workspaces in customer service and internal areas clean and organized. Contribute to maintaining a clean and orderly working environment. * **Internal Procedures:** Carry out internal procedures and other tasks as requested by management. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (preferred). * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues. * Basic computer system knowledge.
