Through creativity, innovation, and collaboration, we build solutions that positively impact society and illuminate the path toward a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive maintenance; * Identify problems and execute more complex repairs; * Organize tools and materials; * Maintain workplace cleanliness; * Ensure compliance with safety standards; * Perform services such as plumbing and electrical repairs, carpentry, air conditioner hygiene, and water fountain cleaning; * Conduct building renovation and cleaning. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * **Availability to work at our São Cristóvão base;** * Technical course in Building Maintenance, Electrotechnology, Mechanics, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or Construction; * Valid Class B driver’s license. **Additional Information** We believe a company’s success begins with the transparency and reliability of each team member.
