Teamwork and results-oriented focus. **Your Daily Responsibilities** ------------------------------------- * Lead team members during shifts, ensuring quality across production, customer service, dining area, and internal operations * Collaborate directly with the Store Manager in executing and inspecting administrative tasks * Support performance management and monitoring of unit results * Actively pursue revenue growth and maintain full cost control at the point of sale * Manage operational activities for both the restaurant and kiosks * Document, read, and verify all entries in the management logbook to ensure smooth information flow * Conduct inspection rounds at the start of each shift, checking equipment, building infrastructure, furniture, and supplies **✅ Requirements** ---------------------------- * Completed high school education * Minimum age of 18 years * Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Monitor in other restaurants * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule * **Preferred qualifications (not mandatory)** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree * Experience in cost management and focus on revenue targets * Analytical profile supporting administrative tasks and KPI monitoring **Why Join Bob’s?** ------------------------------- At **Bob’s**, many people start as service associates and build remarkable career trajectories.
