**Do you love books and interacting with people? Then this position is for you!** We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Livraria Jardim Sul \- São Paulo, SP. This role involves customer service, product guidance, shelf organization, and restocking merchandise. The sales associate will also be responsible for recording sales, operating the cash register, and participating in internal events. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence. Responsibilities **Customer Service:** Strong customer service skills are essential to deliver a positive experience for customers, always with friendliness and attentiveness. **Organization and Restocking:** Experience in shelf organization and merchandise restocking is required. * Assist in organizing and restocking books and products; * Support maintaining store cleanliness and presentation; * Assist with daily sales and inventory routines. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer service; * Organizational skills and proactivity; * Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus. **Additional Information:** * Employment type: Permanent * Work schedule: Rotating 6 days on / 1 day off Job type: Temporary Contract duration: 3 months Compensation: Starting from R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
