Associate Labor Attorney
**Description:**
The **Associate Labor Attorney** will be responsible for handling labor law cases, strategically representing the firm’s clients’ interests, ensuring technical excellence, timely compliance with deadlines, and alignment with the organization’s legal guidelines.
On-site Position: Goiânia\-GO
**Responsibilities:**
* Attend to clients’ needs and requests;
* Manage a portfolio of administrative and judicial proceedings;
* Request documents from clients to support case analysis/petitions;
* Analyze cases by consulting relevant sources, including legal doctrine, case law, and civil legislation;
* Request opening of corresponding case files and records, and monitor and comply with scheduled deadlines in the software system;
* Weekly review of reports on cases and procedures under responsibility, conducting critical analysis of each to ensure agility, security, and effectiveness in legal services and case progression;
* Deliver legal services directly, including drafting petitions, providing legal opinions, or fulfilling any client requests;
* Return documents to clients;
* Comply with established procedures, instructions, and standards governing the role;
* Request payment of obligations from clients and track receipt of payment confirmations for filing in case records;
* Update internal systems and client systems;
* Meet internal and procedural deadlines related to the assigned caseload;
* Prepare client reports regarding the assigned caseload;
* Close case files in both internal and client systems;
* Propose new legal arguments or modifications to existing ones;
* Achieve internal and client-specific performance targets related to the assigned caseload;
* Participate in meetings among the firm’s attorneys;
* Conduct hearings, oral arguments, and case-related submissions;
* Carry out daily work safely and diligently, safeguarding personal well-being, the environment, and company assets;
* Draft procedural documents of low, medium, and high complexity, including interlocutory motions, defenses, and appeals;
* Analyze cases and recommend settlement options.
**Technical Knowledge:**
* Familiarity with and experience in Banking Labor Law preferred;
* Technical excellence;
* Client relationship management;
* Ability to work effectively under volume and pressure;
* Proficiency in eLaw system is a plus;
* Microsoft Office suite;
* Negotiation experience.

**Requirements:**
