All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide technical support to the provider network and engineering team for implementing new solutions, develop alternative and efficient methods, and be responsible for issuing technical bulletins and advisories, work instructions, and technical training materials. Responsibilities and duties for this position: * Provide technical support to the provider network; * Develop alternative and efficient implementation methods; * Support the engineering team in implementing new solutions; * Develop and update technical bulletins/advisories; * Develop and update materials for the technical training platform; * Prepare and update Technical Work Instructions (TWIs); * Provide content and monitor progress of technical training programs; * Receive, route, and manage complaints and damage reimbursement requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma (technical degree in mechatronics is considered a plus); * Intermediate-level MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; * Knowledge of electrical systems and automotive accessories; * Experience in vehicle tracking and light/heavy automotive maintenance is considered a plus. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond them.
