LOSS PREVENTION ASSISTANT II

Description

We are seeking a \*\*Loss Prevention Assistant II\*\* to work at the Aracruz Distribution Center, responsible for safeguarding assets, preventing losses, and supporting inventory control and goods movement processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** \- Conduct periodic security patrols and inspections in internal and external areas of the DC \- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, reporting incidents \- Control vehicle, employee, and visitor entry and exit \- Support inventory counts and stock audits \- Identify and report risk situations, proposing preventive actions \- Prepare incident reports and loss indicators \- Ensure compliance with safety norms and procedures **Requirements and Qualifications** \- Completed high school education \- Prior experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or related fields \- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring \- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team \- Availability for shifts from Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) \- Preferred: Security guard certification or training in occupational safety **Additional Benefits** \- Medical Assistance \- Dental Assistance \- Transportation Allowance \- Cafeteria \- Payroll-deductible Loan \- Pharmacy Partnership \- Life Insurance \- Aramis Product Discounts \- Profit Sharing Program (PLR) We are driven by passion, attitude, and authentic care.
