




Job Summary: The Operational Assistant I is responsible for product handling, assisting in failure analysis, supporting leadership, and providing operational support in receiving. We have an internal opportunity for: Operational Assistant I **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform internal movement of products and packaging; * Assist in critical analysis of process failures; * Support Leadership in documentation and system-related activities using WMS; * Support reconciliation of SAP and WMS inventory balances; * Complete departmental receiving performance indicators; * Customer and supplier service; * Provide daily support to Assistants and assist in resolving receiving discrepancies; * Serve as the focal point for new employees for operational procedure training and clarification of doubts in the absence of the supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience using operational systems: SAP, WMS, and Extranet; * Excel experience: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts; * Experience serving as the focal point for new employees for operational procedure training and clarification of doubts in the absence of the supervisor; * Experience conducting analysis and comparison among SAP, WMX, and physical inventory during cycle counts; * • **Additional Information** Required: Flexible working hours.
