**Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform cash register opening and closing; Verify the cash balance daily; Monitor bank statements daily; Perform bank reconciliations and prepare the daily cash report; Control cash inflows and outflows; Generate, track, and clear employee advance vouchers; Record RDV (Revenue Due Vouchers) and other expenses; Group invoices/freight for payment; Forward cash reports to responsible managers for signature and send them daily to the corporate accounting department; Generate daily collection slips and notify corporate finance; Report weekly the status of "Accounts Payable" and "Accounts Receivable" to the branch manager and department managers; Control and schedule general store expenses, including used equipment, and coordinate payment schedules with corporate finance; Record incoming expense invoices; Monitor DDA (Direct Debit Authorization); Send supplier bills to corporate finance; Record customer deposit advances and subsequent clearance; Monitor and clear credits, customer returns, and supplier advances; Prepare cash pouches when necessary; Control office supplies inventory; Maintain the association's cash spreadsheet; Collect notary fees. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; Relevant work experience. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) Health Insurance Plan (Unimed) Dental Insurance Plan (DentalUni) Meal Voucher Childcare Allowance WellHub Life Insurance Mental Health and Well-being Programs Pharmacy and SESC Benefit Programs Discounts at educational institutions And others **Work Location:** ---------------------- M.
