




Job Summary: Responsible for operational financial support routines, cash control, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, and issuance of financial documents. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and control of accounting and financial documentation Responsibilities: Execute operational routines supporting the finance department; Manage cash flow; Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities; Perform bank reconciliations; Issue invoices, bank slips, and other financial documents; Organize and maintain up-to-date accounting and financial documentation; Prepare financial reports and support monitoring of key performance indicators; Monitor banking transactions to ensure financial health and process compliance; Contact clients to request commercial references; Conduct collections, issue bank slips, and provide clarifications on financial information when necessary. Requirements: Prior experience in financial routines; Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; Familiarity with ERP management systems; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability; Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
