Daily responsibilities include supporting recruitment and selection processes, benefits administration, HR information systems support, and training. This is a full-time, permanent CLT position requiring on-site presence. * **Human Resources:** Knowledge of human resources management and benefits administration practices. * **HR Information Systems:** Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is essential. * **Training:** Ability to conduct employee training and development. * In addition to the above skills, preferred qualifications include a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, as well as the ability to multitask and strong communication skills.
