Our Store Assistant is responsible for: Customer service; Cashier duties; Store and inventory organization; Item curation and labeling; Store opening and closing procedures; Expense entry into the system; Processing sales made during store activities such as dropix and live streams; Responding to customers contacting via WhatsApp; Handling exchanges and completing vouchers for customers; Reserving items upon customer request; Delivering online purchases picked up in-store; Maintaining and safeguarding the store’s mobile phone, remaining attentive to it at all times; Supporting daily operational tasks. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:20 PM (Saturdays on an alternating basis). Address: Av.
