We are looking for a **Cashier** to join our outstanding Renner Stores team! The **Cashier's** mission is to ensure the sale of financial products, assist customers during the checkout process, and fully commit to delivering a positive shopping experience by providing effective, surprising solutions that delight customers. Responsibilities and Duties: * Assist customers during the purchase completion process; * Perform upselling and register sold merchandise; * Handle cash receipts, and perform cash drawer opening and closing; * Sell financial services such as credit cards and installment plans; * Process returns and exchanges; * Encourage customers, upon leaving the store, to share feedback on their service experience via the "Encantômetro"; * Provide public-facing customer service. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Enjoy working with the public; * Alignment with cashier routines; * Interest in fashion; * Proficiency with digital tools; * Aptitude for offering financial products.
