Support in operational routines and inventory organization **Education, Qualifications and Requirements:** * ·Completed High School; * Technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred; * Experience in wholesale or wholesale-retail fashion businesses preferred; * Knowledge of cash handling routines (opening, closing, cash withdrawals); * Flexible availability for work hours; * Experience leading teams or supporting supervision; * Strong customer service skills; **Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and efficient customer service; * Register products in the system and process payments; * Issue and verify invoices, ensuring correct item delivery; * Assist in receiving, verifying, and organizing merchandise; * Support inventory control and product restocking; * Maintain a well-organized workplace in accordance with company standards; * Perform cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies; * Support operational routines, including exchanges and returns; * Comply with internal policies and established procedures.
