Support in identifying and resolving operational issues If you are interested in the logistics field, enjoy monitoring real-time operations, and working with performance metrics, this opportunity may be for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and track logistics operations in real time via control systems, ensuring smooth cargo movements and on-time delivery; * Track logistics performance indicators (KPIs), such as service level, delivery time, and vehicle utilization, reporting deviations to the CCO Coordinator; * Maintain constant communication with transportation teams and logistics operators, ensuring synchronization between the distribution center and branches; * Support identification of operational issues and propose immediate solutions or improvements to optimize logistics efficiency; * Assist in preparing operational reports, providing up-to-date data to support supply chain decision-making. ✅ **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Technical or undergraduate degree (completed or in progress) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred; * Experience with logistics monitoring systems (TMS and WMS); * Proficiency in operational control tools and transportation flow management; * Ability to work with logistics KPIs and perform basic data analysis; * Basic knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, and cargo handling.
