




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive Office Assistant to support financial and administrative routines, including cash flow management, invoice processing, and general support. General support and document organization We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive individual to work as an Office Assistant, supporting the company’s financial and administrative routines. The professional will be responsible for cash flow activities, invoice issuance, bank account control, and customer billing, as well as providing general support to other departments when necessary. Main Responsibilities: Recording income and expense entries into the system (cash and bank control); Issuing and verifying invoices; Customer billing and payment follow-up; Document and report organization; Telephone attendance and technical team support; Support in general administrative tasks (e.g., organizing the workplace, assisting with materials and supplies, and other ad-hoc requests). Requirements: Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable); Basic knowledge of finance and invoice issuance; Proficiency in Excel and good typing skills; Strong communication skills and willingness to learn; Collaborative and responsible profile. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an office or finance department; Familiarity with management systems (ERP, invoice issuance).
