Job Summary: Manage and supervise daily operations of a clinic, optimizing workflows, managing teams and finances, and ensuring service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct training and ensure high-quality service Proven experience in management roles within medical clinics is required, preferably in plastic surgery, hospitals, and laboratories. *English proficiency is a plus.* Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise the clinic’s daily activities; Implement and monitor workflows to optimize scheduling, patient care, and deliveries; Oversee contracts and partnerships with suppliers of materials, equipment, and services; Manage inventory of medical and administrative supplies; conduct periodic stocktaking; negotiate with suppliers; and ensure all materials meet the clinic’s quality and safety standards; Supervise and delegate tasks to the administrative team; Promote continuous training to ensure high-quality service and maintain a professional environment aligned with the clinic’s values and standards. Handle financial management and billing, including cash flow control, accounts payable and receivable, invoice issuance and billing, as well as cost and budget control; Prepare periodic financial reports to monitor clinic performance, identify trends, assess service profitability, and support strategic decision-making, ensuring financial health and sustainable growth.
