




Job Summary: This internship provides administrative support for the Procurement department, including quotations, purchase order issuance, inventory control, and document organization. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support for the Procurement department 2. Assistance with quotations, purchase orders, and inventory control 3. Document organization and archiving Support in requesting quotations from suppliers. Assist in issuing purchase orders in the system. Issue invoices in the system under supervision of the department head. Perform data entry and updates in the internal system. Track purchase orders until delivery. Assist in controlling and updating procurement and inventory spreadsheets. Verify invoices and documents related to purchases. Organize and archive physical and digital department documents. Provide administrative support to the Procurement department. Requirements Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Administration or Logistics (from the 2nd semester onward) Availability to intern from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Office**, especially Excel. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Stipend: BRL 1\.200,00 \+ Transportation Voucher.
