Assistance in hiring, termination, and timecard closing processes, employee mobilization control, vacation control. Cash flow and invoice control. Entry and tracking of invoices in the internal system, administrative reports and follow-ups. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, strong communication skills, proactive, dynamic, attentive, organized, serving as a liaison between construction sites and other internal departments at headquarters.
