Process improvement, controls, and financial indicators Opportunity | Accounts Payable Analyst – São Paulo/SP CENA Brasil is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the finance team in a large-scale operation, executing significant projects across Brazil. If you have solid experience in finance, an organized profile, autonomy, and enjoy dynamic environments with high operational volume, this opportunity may be for you! Location: São Paulo/SP Work Model: On-site Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Main Responsibilities: * Management of postings, reconciliations, and payment scheduling; * Control of due dates and financial obligations; * Bank reconciliations and payment clearance; * Verification of fiscal documents, contracts, bank slips, and payment requests; * Support for financial closing and cash flow management; * Interface with suppliers and internal departments; * Process improvement, controls, and financial indicators. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Solid experience in Accounts Payable and supplier negotiation; * Knowledge of cash flow management and financial routines; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with financial ERP systems; * Experience in engineering or construction companies; * Experience in high-volume operational environments.
