Job Summary: Responsible for internal accounting management, ensuring tax, accounting, and labor compliance, as well as the integrity of managerial information. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of managerial reports for the executive board **Purpose of the Role:** Responsible for the company’s internal accounting management, analyzing, reviewing, and validating services performed by the outsourced accounting firm, ensuring tax, accounting, and labor compliance, as well as the integrity of managerial information. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor, review, and validate accounting entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings performed by the outsourced firm. * Ensure proper accounting classification and adherence to applicable standards (CPC, tax legislation, and corporate law). * Analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) and prepare managerial reports for the executive board. * Control and validate tax calculations (Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, or Real Profit, depending on the company’s tax regime). * Monitor ancillary obligations (ECD, ECF, DCTF, SPEDs, DIRF, RAIS, among others), ensuring timely submission and compliance. * Interact with the outsourced accounting firm, issuing requests, aligning expectations, implementing adjustments, and ensuring service quality standards. * Support financial and HR management in payroll verification, accruals, cost allocations, and accounting configurations. * Prepare information and documentation for internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences. * Active registration with CRC (Regional Council of Accounting). * Proven experience in corporate and tax accounting. * Proficiency in reconciliations, accounting closings, and analysis of Income Statements and Balance Sheets. * Knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary obligations. * Skill in vendor relationship management and service follow-up. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of controllership and managerial accounting. **Please submit your desired salary for evaluation.** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
