Job Summary: The Access Controller is responsible for managing entry and exit, identifying and authorizing access, guiding visitors, and ensuring site security. Key Highlights: 1. Requires attention, professionalism, and discipline **Position to be filled on a 12x36 shift schedule, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM as an Access Controller:** **Responsibilities:** Control the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials. Perform identification and authorization of access in accordance with company policies. Guide visitors and report irregularities while safeguarding site security. **Requirements:** * Experience in customer service or front desk operations is a plus; * Attention, professionalism, and discipline; * **Must reside in Sorocaba or nearby regions.** Salary: **R$ 2\.031,57** \+ Benefits: Transportation Allowance (with 6% deduction), On-site Meal, Food Allowance of R$ 110.00 per month, Basic Food Basket (delivered directly to residence), Life Insurance, Corporate University, and Wellhub (Gympass).
