Job Summary: Opportunity to work as an Access Controller in a residential condominium, responsible for managing the flow of people and vehicles, monitoring security, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ensuring compliance with condominium regulations ATTENTION: WE DO NOT SCHEDULE INTERVIEWS We currently have an opportunity to work as an Access Controller for a residential condominium at Marquês de Paranaguá \- Consolação, São Paulo \- SP, 01303\-050\. Main Responsibilities: * Control entry and exit of residents, visitors, staff, and service providers. * Identify and register visitors. * Verify identification documents when necessary. * Authorize access according to internal regulations. * Control entry and exit of vehicles. * Log incidents in a logbook, system, or spreadsheet. * Monitor security cameras (CCTV). * Receive and forward mail and packages. * Notify responsible personnel or supervisors in suspicious situations. * Ensure compliance with condominium or company regulations. * Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during interactions. * Conduct patrols upon request. * Manage keys and equipment under your responsibility.
