




**Salary R$ 5,000 + benefits** **On-site position** **Education:** - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any other undergraduate degree complemented by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology with a minimum duration of 360 hours; **Experience:** - Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience administering Microsoft Exchange email service, version 2016 or higher, in environments with redundant servers (*Database Availability Group – DAG*) and hybrid configurations integrating the on-premises domain with a remote domain hosted on the *Microsoft*365 cloud service, using Microsoft Exchange Online 365 as the remote email server. - Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience administering *Microsoft* *Teams* corporate messaging and communication service in environments with all modules enabled—including video calling and videoconferencing modules—and hybrid configurations integrating the on-premises domain with a remote domain hosted on the *Microsoft* *365* cloud service. - Minimum of two (2) years’ proven experience operating Microsoft Windows Server systems in environments supporting multiple versions of the operating system (version 2012 and later), under Active Directory domain controller management. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange email service configuration in high-availability (DAG) and hybrid environments (on-premises and Microsoft 365 cloud). Administration of databases segregated by department and access group; maintenance of user and departmental mailboxes; integration with Active Directory; scheduling and automation of tasks via .bat and PowerShell scripts; Outlook Web App (OWA) webmail configuration; configuration of native Microsoft Exchange Online Protection (EOP) antispam; integration with Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams; configuration of messaging routes on Edge Server using SMTP and SMTPS; integration with Postfix Mail Transfer Agent. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Teams environment configuration in hybrid environments (on-premises and Microsoft 365 cloud). Integration with *Active Directory*, *Microsoft* *Office 365*, *Microsoft* *SharePoint*, and *Power Platform*, and with *Microsoft* *Exchange* email service; organization by groups and teams; activity logging; task and event scheduling; resource sharing (screen, MS Office documents); chat-based messaging service configuration; audio and video calls; videoconference rooms—both among PREVIC domain users and with external users. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Teams integration with fixed-line PSTN and VoIP telephony solutions. - Basic knowledge of *Microsoft* *Windows Server* environment configuration: fundamental Active Directory domain operations; management of TIC access permissions and assets via Active Directory Group Policies; LDAP integration. Basic configuration of Windows Server systems and administration of typical Windows environment services—such as print and file servers; network shares; remote access to Windows-based machines.
