Work model: On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * Completion of elementary education required; * Valid driver’s license category B required; * Driver’s license categories C, D, or E preferred; * Experience in loading/unloading materials, inspection, sorting, and organization required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred; * Availability to work from 9:00 PM to 6:33 AM (if based in Piracicaba); * Residence in the Piracicaba/SP region and full on-site work availability. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Receive, store, sort, and inspect stored materials and equipment; * Conduct item counts during rotating inventory; * Sort materials at operational bases and relay information to the logistics team for construction site inventory (excluding Central Distribution Centers); * Handle and store materials withdrawn from inventory in pre-designated areas; * Identify materials to maintain organization and control, ensuring inventory reliability; * Sort and ensure proper storage of materials removed from distribution projects; * Fabricate scrap-material items such as stakes, cradles, wedges, and other necessary accessories using power tools including reciprocating saws and drills; * Assist in loading/unloading materials used in distribution projects, operating a truck-mounted crane; * Manually fabricate concrete foundations (stone/sand/cement) using BAG; * Perform yard maintenance and upkeep activities (weeding, manual gravel spreading, removal of oil-contaminated gravel, organizing operational vehicle parking spaces, etc.); * Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE), collective protective equipment (CPE), and individual/collective tools, ensuring equipment integrity and employee/team safety; * Perform all tasks in accordance with the Task Manual (GED); when performing non-standard tasks, conduct a full Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR); * XIII Operate company vehicles and ensure correct usage of vehicles, machinery, and equipment under your responsibility, in compliance with GEDs (Task Manuals). **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare allowance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Gympass; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based support for psychological, legal, financial, and social assistance). **Learn a bit about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric energy sector and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of the cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, CPFL Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric utility—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric sector.
