* Position: Sales Representative \- Physical Store and Online We are seeking a **communicative, proactive, and results-driven sales representative** to serve customers at our physical store and across the brand's online channels. The professional will be responsible for serving customers in person and via WhatsApp/Instagram, understanding their needs, presenting products, assisting with item selection, and managing the sales process with attention, agility, and excellence. Key Responsibilities * Provide in-person service at the physical store; * Serve customers through online channels such as WhatsApp and Instagram; * Conduct sales, negotiations, and order follow-up; * Perform follow-up with interested customers; * Support post-sale activities when necessary; * Maintain store organization, display racks, fitting rooms, and inventory; * Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and brand-standard-aligned shopping experience. Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization and accountability; * Proactivity and responsiveness in customer service; * Ability to work effectively with performance targets; * Interest in sales and customer relationship management; * Prior sales experience is a plus; * Prior online customer service experience is a plus.
