Responsibilities Conduct negotiations and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate. Manage the sales pipeline, tracking all stages of the sales process. Understand customer pain points and needs, offering customized solutions. Collaborate with SDRs and the marketing team to ensure lead quality. Record and update information in the CRM, monitoring performance metrics and KPIs. Maintain close relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat purchases. Apply advanced persuasion and closing techniques to maximize results. **Requirements:** Requirements Negotiation and persuasion skills to lead closing conversations.
