Our Human Resources team is seeking a Tech Lead III \- Data Science. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Understand scope, gather requirements from external clients, and estimate effort for projects involving AI and Data * Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and integrate both parties’ needs assertively * Serve as technical leader in Artificial Intelligence, guiding data scientists and related roles across the full development lifecycle of cloud-based AWS machine learning solutions * Develop and maintain MLOps practices in production projects * Work on end-to-end machine\-learning project development on AWS, especially for strategic clients and/or projects with higher technical complexity **Additional Information** -------------------------- * Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI * Experience developing, maintaining, and monitoring production ML solutions * Experience developing production solutions on public cloud providers * Strong proficiency in Python and ML/data manipulation libraries * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields CERTIFICATIONS: * AWS Professional and/or Specialty certifications (especially the Machine Learning Specialty) * Preferred \- Master’s and/or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields * Experience with AWS cloud projects ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: * English \- Intermediate * Travel Availability \- Occasional travel required for project completion presentations or commercial events.
