This conviction guides every decision we make, every project we deliver, and every person we develop. **Key Responsibilities:** Technically develop other team members, fostering continuous team growth and strengthening a high-performance culture; Propose solutions autonomously, supporting decision-making at various leadership levels based on technical trade-off analysis; Lead consensus-building for highly complex technical decisions within development teams; Bridge technical and business requirements, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and engineering teams; Deliver technical training and disseminate best practices (architecture, code quality, testing, and development standards); Align processes and expectations with clients to ensure consistent delivery; Support leadership in people management (ongoing feedback, performance evaluation, and team development planning); Participate in defining and evolving system architecture, with focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability; Promote a quality culture (code reviews, TDD, CI/CD, observability, and technical debt management). **Requirements:** Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Technical Leader / Senior professional in technical leadership roles; Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot; Experience with microservices architecture and REST API development; Hands-on experience in system design and architectural decision-making; Experience with code reviews, definition of development standards, and best practices; Knowledge of: Hibernate / JPA, relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL), Git / GitFlow, unit and integration testing; Experience mentoring and developing technical teams; Strong communication skills for interfacing with both technical and business stakeholders. **Nice-to-Haves:** Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP); Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; Knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline automation; Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing); Experience in high-volume environments (batch, ETL, DataStage); Experience in financial contexts or mission-critical systems; Knowledge of DevOps practices and platform engineering. **Location:** Remote (Brazil) **Who is Insi?** We are a consultancy specialized in digital evolution.
